I’m native to the Twin Cities and got my start in real estate in 2017. I began buying houses the traditional way (from the MLS) and fixing them up to resell, but I soon realized that there are many homeowners who need to sell but their unique circumstances make selling the traditional way difficult or impossible. When I realized how many homeowners there were who’s needs were not being met by realtors and the traditional sale methods I decided that helping these folks would be my primary focus.
As a creative person with years of experience in the real estate market, I love it when someone brings me a challenging deal and I’m able to find a solution to what they believed was an impossible situation. Don’t get me wrong though, I buy houses that don’t require any puzzle solving as well!
When I’m not working I love a good adventure, including exploring, hiking, traveling, sailing and flying, as well as spending time outdoors and with friends and family.
